Impressive professional installation and complete HVAC solution

We recently bought an older home in a beautiful South Surrey neighborhood, and the first thing we wanted to do was completely upgrade its heating and cooling system, including replacing the hot water tank and the boiler. Since the house didn’t have central AC, we decided to go all in and add both air conditioning and a modern heating solution.

We chose an Eco-Air air-to-air heat pump, which required running new ductwork to all the bedrooms—meaning some careful work opening up walls. We later learned that Don was one of the original designers at IBC Boiler, and his expertise really showed throughout the process.

The installation went smoothly, and we couldn’t be happier with the complete solution we received. On top of that, our new heat pump qualified for a government rebate, and Don guided us through the process to make sure we could claim it without any hassle.
