Finally a permanent cooling AC solution to survive the heatwave in our older condo unit

Review for Air Conditioning / AC / Heat Pump Installation in an older condo building

After experiencing several consecutive summers with temperatures exceeding 30°C, we decided it was finally time to install a permanent air conditioning solution in our condo, which was built in 1992.

Over the years, we tried just about everything to stay comfortable during the heat waves—including multiple portable air conditioning units of varying capacities—and spent thousands of dollars in the process. Unfortunately, none of those solutions provided the cooling performance we needed.

In the end, we decided to invest in a 28,000 BTU heat pump system for our 973 sq. ft. condo, and we couldn't be happier with our decision. With two indoor head units—one in the main living area and the other in the primary bedroom—paired with a powerful Eco Air heat pump installed on our deck, our home now feels as comfortable as a luxury residence.

We put the system to the test immediately after installation. Starting with an indoor temperature of 32°C, the system cooled the space to 22°C in less than an hour.

Thanks to its automatic climate control feature, it continuously maintains the desired temperature without requiring constant adjustments, giving us complete peace of mind throughout the summer.

A sincere thank you to Don and David for their meticulous workmanship, professionalism, and attention to detail during the installation and setup process. The quality of their work exceeded our expectations.

If you live in a condo or apartment without central air conditioning or existing ductwork, we highly recommend giving them a call. You'll be impressed by both the quality of their products and the exceptional service they provide.
